Ms. Xu XU from Dayang Technology Ms. Xu XU from Dayang Technology made the working progress report.
Participants asked questions and discussed the progress report of the WGs. The Chair made detailed comments on each of the WG’s reports and asked questions. According to the report and discussion Dr. Yoshi Ohno made the requirements for each WGs on next step.
3. New Proposal: “Technical Specification for Integrated LED Mirror for Bathroom”
Prof. Yuefeng LI, from Shanghai Institute of technology, Deputy director of Department of Applied Physics, College of Science based on the comments and decision of TCS 24, introduced the proposal again. After discussions and questions the Dr. Yoshi Ohno accepted this new proposal and the meeting herein decided to establish a new working group on this proposal.
Summary
Dr. Ohno, the Chair of ISA TCS, made the following conclusions:
1. As an international organization, ISA’s standardization work should be more international, encouraging existing working groups and requiring all new working groups established since TCS20 to include working group members from at least three countries, and hopefully more in the future.
2. It was requested the working groups to start submitting WG drafts using the new ISA Recommendation/Technical Report Templates to improve the standardization and consistency of TCS documents.
3.The next meeting (TCS26) would be held in November 2024 in Suzhou, China.
Details of the meeting and related decisions would be submitted to the TCS members in the form of minutes (in English), which would be reviewed and adopted by the Chair. Presentations would also be distributed by the TCS Secretariat after the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 22:30 (Beijing time).
