LI Jinmin，professor of Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences

From 2004 to 2019, he was the Executive Chairman of the National Semiconductor Lighting Project R&D and Industry Alliance.

Since 2006, he has been the head of the overall expert group for the "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-Year Plan" national key special project "Semiconductor Lighting Project". "He is also a member of the expert group for the preparation of the "Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials" key project of the National Key R&D Program.

He is currently the Director of the R&D Centre for Semiconductor Lighting of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Joint Innovation in Semiconductor Lighting.

Chairman of the 3rd International Workshop on Ultraviolet Materials and Devices (IWUMD-2018).
